How to delete your data related to "BOT ELECTRO PROG" MCHJ apps and the botep.uz website.
Data on your device
Our apps store data only on your device and do not require an account. To delete it:
- Phone Settings → Apps → select the app → Storage → “Clear data”;
- or uninstall the app — this also removes all of its data.
Data you sent to us
To delete data you have sent us by email, phone or through the website, fill in the form or email botelectroproguz@gmail.com with the subject “Data deletion”.
We delete: name, phone number, email and correspondence. Documents we are legally required to keep (such as contracts and payment records) are deleted once the statutory period ends.
Requests are completed within 30 days and we will confirm the result to you.
