This document explains what data the “BOT COREL CRC” Android app developed by "BOT ELECTRO PROG" MCHJ collects, why it is used, and how users can have their data deleted.
General
By using the app you agree to this Privacy Policy. We respect our users’ privacy and comply with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Personal Data” and the Google Play Developer Policies.
Data we collect, device permissions, third-party services
Data we collect
The app does not collect, store or transmit any personal data (name, phone number, email, location, contacts, device identifiers, etc.) to our servers or to third parties. All data needed for the app to work is processed only on your device. No registration or account is required.
Device permissions
The app does not request any special device permissions.
Third-party services
The app does not use any third-party services that collect user data (advertising, analytics, tracking, etc.).
Files are opened only when you pick them through the Android system file picker or the “Open” action in another app (such as Telegram), and are saved only to the location you choose. The app does not request broad storage access and has no internet permission. Only app settings (such as the last chosen export format) are stored on the device.
How we use data
If any data is collected, it is used solely to provide the app’s core features, fix bugs and improve the service. We do not sell, rent or share user data with third parties for advertising.
Data storage and security
Data stored on the device (for example, files you open, projects or app settings) stays on your device and is never sent to us. Messages you voluntarily send us (by email, phone or through the website) are stored on a secured server, accessible only to authorised staff, and kept no longer than needed to respond.
Deleting your data
You can delete all data the app stores on your device at any time:
- Phone Settings → Apps → select the app → Storage → “Clear data”;
- or uninstall the app — this also removes all of its data.
If you have sent us personal data by email, phone or through the website and want it deleted, write to botelectroproguz@gmail.com or use the form on the “Data deletion” page. Requests are completed within 30 days and we will confirm the result to you.
Children’s privacy
Our apps are not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child’s data has reached us, contact us and it will be deleted immediately.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. Changes are published on this page and the “Last updated” date is revised. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or the website.
